Terms and conditions
Last updated 12 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Philotium Studio (“we”, “us”), Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India, which operates ExamGraph Schools: the website at examgraph.org and at each school’s own address on that domain, and the ExamGraph Schools iOS app (together, the “Service”). They apply to every student, teacher and administrator who uses the Service through an account given by their school, college or coaching institute (the “School”).
By signing in or using the Service you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service and tell your School.
Your School’s own use of the Service is governed by its written agreement with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ on a matter between the School and us, the agreement prevails. Your School’s own rules on conduct, examinations and the use of its systems also apply to you.

1. The Service
ExamGraph Schools is an online platform for NEET-UG preparation within a School. Depending on the features your School switches on, it offers practice questions, timed Focus sessions, a review of your mistakes, progress tracking, a leaderboard, School tests, and MITRA, an AI study companion. Teachers and administrators can manage classes and accounts, build and release tests, and keep a School question bank.
The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any government body. NEET and NTA are the property of their respective owners. Our questions and tests follow the published exam pattern; they are not official papers.
2. Who can use it
Only a person to whom a School has given an account may use the Service. If you download the iOS app, the App Store’s terms also apply to the download; Apple is not responsible for the Service. If you are under 18, your School is responsible for obtaining any consent of your parent or lawful guardian that the law requires, and your use of the Service is also subject to your School’s rules.
3. Your account
- Your account is created by your School, which chooses your login ID and sets your first password. Change that password when you are asked to, and choose one that others cannot guess.
- An account is for one person. Do not share your password, sign in as anyone else, or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- On a shared or school computer, sign out when you finish.
- If you forget your password, or think someone else has used your account, tell your School administrator at once. Only your School can reset a password.
- Your School may change, deactivate or reactivate your account, move you between classes, and turn features on or off for your class.
- To delete your account, use Account › Delete account in the iOS app, which sends a request to your School’s administrator, or ask your School’s administrator. What deletion removes and what your School keeps is explained in our Privacy policy.
4. Fees
The Service is paid for by your School under its agreement with us. We do not charge students, teachers or parents, and the Service will never ask you for payment details. If anyone asks you to pay for access in our name, please tell us.
5. School tests and results
- School tests are set, scheduled and released by your teachers. A test opens and closes at the times they set, and its timer runs on our server’s clock, not your device’s.
- Your answers are saved as you go. When the time is up, the test is submitted automatically with the answers saved by then. Use a stable internet connection; we are not responsible for answers lost because of your device or connection.
- Your answers, scores and progress are recorded and can be seen by your teachers and School administrators, as the Privacy policy explains. Decisions about marks, re-tests and academic consequences are made by your School, not by us.
- Sit tests honestly and on your own. Do not share a test’s questions or answers while it is open, use another person’s account, or have someone sit a test for you.
6. MITRA, the AI study companion
- MITRA’s replies and explanations are generated by an AI model. They can be incomplete or wrong, even when they sound confident. Check anything important against your NCERT textbook or a teacher.
- MITRA is for learning NEET subjects. Do not use it to produce harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or to extract the question bank.
- Before you first use MITRA you are asked to agree to how it works. Your School sets how many MITRA replies you can have each day, and may switch MITRA off. MITRA is paused while you are sitting a School test.
- Don’t put personal details about yourself or anyone else in your messages; they are not needed. How these messages are processed is explained in our Privacy policy.
7. Teachers and administrators
If you are a teacher or administrator, you also agree to:
- create accounts only for real students and staff of your School, with accurate details;
- open a student’s records only for teaching, guidance or the School’s administration, and keep them within the School. Opening a student’s record is recorded in the School’s audit log;
- give new passwords only to the person they belong to, and never put students’ personal data into questions, tests or MITRA;
- add to the School question bank only content that you or your School have the right to use, and check questions and answer keys before publishing a test; and
- follow your School’s policies and the law on the protection of students’ personal data.
8. Acceptable use
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
- copy, download in bulk, scrape, republish, sell or share questions, solutions or other content from the Service;
- use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the Service;
- get around feature switches, daily limits or other restrictions your School or we have set;
- try to see another person’s records, or another School’s, or access any part of the Service your role does not allow;
- reverse engineer, probe or interfere with the Service or its security;
- upload anything unlawful, abusive or infringing, or use the Service to harass or harm others; or
- use the Service for any purpose other than study and teaching within your School.
9. Content and intellectual property
The Service and its content, including our question bank, solutions, explanations, software and design, belong to Philotium Studio or its licensors and are protected by law. While you have an account, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for study or teaching within your School. Nothing else is licensed to you.
Questions and tests that your School’s teachers create belong to the School or to the teachers, as between them. We use them only to provide the Service to that School, and we never show them to any other School.
Past-paper questions are reproduced for students’ practice and remain the property of their original owners. NCERT textbooks remain the property of NCERT. If you believe something on the Service infringes your rights, email us and we will look into it promptly.
10. No guarantee of results
We work hard to make questions, answer keys and explanations correct, and we fix errors that are reported to us. But mistakes can happen, and your result in NEET depends on many things outside our control. We do not promise any score, rank, percentile or admission. Figures such as mastery, projected marks and ratings are estimates from your practice, not predictions of your exam result.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, by our providers or by events outside our control. We may add, change or remove features. Your School decides which features are available to you, and may change that at any time.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Apart from what these terms expressly promise, the Service is provided to you “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable to you for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control; and
- our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to ₹1,000.
Our liability to your School is governed by its agreement with us. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot be limited.
13. Suspension and ending of access
Your access is managed by your School. It ends when your School deactivates or deletes your account, or when the School’s agreement with us ends. What then happens to your records is explained in our Privacy policy.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the Service, a School or other Users at risk, for example by account sharing, scraping or attempts to access other people’s records. We will tell your School when we do so and, where reasonable, give you a chance to respond.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact your School or us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Subject to that, the courts at Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for material changes we will inform Schools and notify Users in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
16. Contact and grievances
For help with your account, contact your School administrator. For questions about these terms, or complaints, write to support@examgraph.app. Our Grievance Officer under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it is:
Vasanth Nagarajan, Grievance Officer, Philotium Studio

We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
