Help with ExamGraph Schools
Most things are sorted by your school's admin. For the rest, email us.
I can't sign in
Your school ID looks like 12345@yourschool: your number or name, then @ and your school's short name. Type it exactly as your school gave it to you.
If you've forgotten your password, or you see "This account is turned off", ask your school's admin. They can reset your password or turn your account back on. ExamGraph can't do either for you.
I want to delete my account
In the app: Account › Delete account sends a request to your school's admin. On the website, ask your school's admin.
Your school manages your account, so your school's admin deletes it. When it's deleted, you can't sign in, and your name and school ID are removed. Your MITRA conversations and Mistakes are deleted. Your school keeps your answers and test results without your name, so its records stay complete.
A school's admin account is deleted by ExamGraph: contact us.
MITRA says it can't answer
MITRA has a daily limit for each student and for the whole school; when either is used up it's back at midnight. Your school can also turn MITRA off, for everyone or for a class. And while you're sitting a school test, MITRA is paused until you submit.
Something isn't working
Email support@examgraph.app with your school's name, what you did and what you saw. Never send your password. From the app, add the version shown under Account › About.
